Our mission is to promote and facilitate unity, cooperation and collaboration among our member organizations and chapters in order to have ONE UNITED AND STRONG VOICE. Promoting education, training and career development opportunities for members to increase representation at all levels of law enforcement and to improve relationships between the community and law enforcement through service and empowerment. We act as ambassadors between the community and government.

National Coalition of Latino Officers is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
